Try pricing it based off of the NADA guide book. They have more acurate pricing data than KBB and aren't slanted in favor of the dealer so dramatically. Using them may get you a price that gets more calls. It may also be that your vehicle doesn't have the curb appeal it needs. For example, the Paint is definitely a problem... I didn't see pictures of the interior or engine bay, but just looking at the pictures you did provide I'd say it falls in the rough to fair trade in bracket.
