shifter ball ???

shifter ball ???

i got imppatient putting my shifter back in and i broke the plastic ball that goes inside the transmission i am not sure what the actual name of this part is. but i need to get one to replace it. i am not having any luck finding a new one. i called the dealership and they told me that the parts come free with the purchase of a new shifter.   :laugh: does anyone know of a place that would sells this part or maybe have one laying around.

I think it's called shifter sheet. It's a very comon part to break and when it does it can lock your tranny.
