Does any one know of a Air Locker/Manual Locker for the Grand Vitara.
It is a 2001 4 cylinder model.

Yep, you can use Vitara ARB airlockers.  The rear is easy, the front needs some parts from a vitara.

The guys here in at ARB Queensland, Australia. Told my mate and myself that they do not make one for the Grand Vitara
Do you know other wise?

It is my mates Grand Vitara and he is bitting at the bit to get a diff locker.

I thought that Suzuki changed the rear in 03 to be the same as the XL-7's.  I guess not .  You wouldn't  happen to know what size the R&P is in the rear 7.5" or 8.5???

I'll check again when i get home, but i'm sure it is the 8.5.  I changed the R/P over to the vitara 5.125 when i put the diff lockers in.

You put the Vitara's 7.5 R&P in place of the 8.5??? or the 5.12's you put in where 8.5.  If so what arb # do you use?

Its been in for over 2 months with no problems doing some hard work

I guess Suzuki don't change the rears then.  The size of the Xl-7's is much bigger than the GV's  you couldn't just switch them.  They wouldn't bolt up :-/  oh well had my hopes up.  Guess I'm going to have to look in to getting a complet GV rear to put in my XL.

With that, you'll be changing out the rubber yoke on the rear ds for a u-joint yoke. Cool. Plan to eliminate the center carrier bearing?
