dirtzero, based on what size tire you intend to run (the link that you provided) those tires are not going to fit on your rig. I don't want to burst your bubble but you would be wasting your money. Those tires in that size would not fit, unless of course you were going to put them on a Polaris Ranger UTV or similar type UTV. The tires you selected were 16 inches tall on an 8 inch tall rim. That isn't going to fit on a samurai, tracker, or any SUV for that matter. What you will need if your going to run a tractor type tire is one that will fit a 15x7, 15x8, or 15x10 inch rim (example: 15" tall by 8" wide) that has a offset of 2 1/2" meaning that the center section (where the lugs mount) is off-center to the inside (closer to outside of the body) which will make the rig have a wider stance (wider stance=less tippy and less rubbing).
