Will a complete diff from an 08 GV be a dirrect bolt in for my 01 Tracker? Both are 2.5 auto's. I don't want to drive the 2.5 hours to pull it if'n it won't work for me!

Damn, now I get conflicting answers. On another site I'm getting replies saying it'll work. I can't seem to find the part numbers to check it out. I might just go get it and see for myself.

OK, the 08 diff won't fit. Am I right in assuming that all v6 GV's had steel diff's in 03 and beyond?

The ATX GV's got the same diff housing as the MTX ones in 03 (same Part #).
