I would have to say that there is a rust hole in the cowl where the wiper mechanism is or something like that. I would start looking around that area. Might have to take the dash out to find the leak too.

Is the water collecting on the passenger side?  Check the drain in the heater duct.  It can get plugged with leaves and debris.

Just as jzap said.
I had the same problem with my rig.  Ended up poking down into the duct to break the junk around the drain, then followed it up with compressed air.  Good as new!

found that I had water coming in the zuke when pulling a turn. The water was going into the open vent on the hood and then pooling there due to clogged drains. It took a while before I had time to get to it so when taking off I'd pull a hard turn to the left and then the water would fall on the passengers feet.....as long as my feet were dry it was all good.

Ended up taking the dash off and while it was out I pulled the heater core and vent. Cleaned the whole thing out and it worked like a charm. I actually has heat after. There was over an inch of dirt on top of the heater core.
