Does anyone know where or what site i could get into to purchase a 2000 Suzuki Vitara Rear Brake Drum Self Adjuster?

Dealer for about $40.00. I have a 2000 chevy tracker which I think is the same my rear passenger side fell apart and I installed a new one because it got ground up and it fell apart again so I got SS mig wire and drilled holes in adjuster and shoes and tied it together. I have yet to figure out why they fell apart but it won't any more.

It had to far out of adjustment to fall out.
