Just thought i'd introduce myself.  I'm from the panhandle of florida.  Have a 95' sidekick jx 4wd 16v.  Been looking around at different forums and this one has lots of good info and builds.  I'm slowly buildin mine up to a decent trail rider.  Currently have a home made 2" body lift, 33" cooper's, rhino lined interior, homemade bumpers, ramsey winch.  Future upgrades:  lsd and suspension lift.

welcome to zw. I am just starting to gather parts for my tracker. I have some 33/12.5/15 BFG A/T's with 15x10 wheels with a 4'' backspacing that I want to put on there. I was thinking I need a 2'' suspension lift and a 3'' body lift. BUT maybe I don't need all that. what did you do besides a 2'' body lift to get the 33 copper's on?
Zuki addict. I have five zuks right now and not even thinking about stopping.

Jawman-

I picked mine up in rough shape.  The previous owner already had the 33's on it with no lift.  Not sure on the wheel back spacing.  The inner front wheel wells were taken out, front struts were flipped, and the lower portion of the fenders were trimmed close to the door.  There was bad rubbing on the fire wall when the wheels were turned about half way.  These tires dont have deep lugs on them.  With the 2" body lift however, i can almost have the wheels turned all the way.  When i have the suspension flexing, it hits on the front fenders more than the rear.  In the future, i'm going to downsize to 31's.  These are just a little too big IMO.  a suspension lift is a must with 33's for sure.  hope this helps.
