You'll hear a clicking sound in tight low-speed turns as the outer wheel overruns the the inner. It's normal.
The most obvious behavior is the rear torque-steer as you get on and off the throttle in a turn. You'll learn not to do this pretty quickly. Just set up for the turn in advance and keep the throttle applied lightly through the entire turn.
Every once in a rare while on asphalt, you may get a loud bang from the rear axle, as uneven axle torque builds up and then suddenly releases. With small tires this is generally not a problem, but it is LOUD and can be disconcerting first few times.
