i need  a cheap way too lift my sammy and not having mess up brake lines or drive lines

there is no cheap way to lift it. You can put a body lift on but it all depends how much lift you need. more than a few inches isn't a good way to go and shakles will mess with the steering.

It's probably not the best way, but we've done it to several. We make longer spring shackles for the front and rear out of angle iron. We only modify the outer ones on the front and rear. We don't raise the inner shackles. We usually add about 2". It doesn't raise the vehicle much but with the biggest tires for a Sami (235X75R15 I think), it is enough for off roading and muddin' without heavy modifications of drive train and steering.

If you want to avoid touching the drive-lines or brakes I wouldn't lift it at all, just throw on some aggressive 235/75 R15 tires and wheel it.

Note that once you start going to larger tires you will probably want to look at lower gears or a transfer case kit.  If your looking for low dollar wheeling a set of lockers front and rear and decent tread might be a better path to start out.

All im wantin too put is a set of 29/8.50/15 super swamper TSLs on 15x7 rims  ive ordered some 2inch shackles ive heard from several people that it should be enough

Little bit of fender trimming and you won't even need that. 

if you cut the ends off  the stock front bumper on your samurai you can fit those swapers with no other mods. They might rib a little on hard wheeling but nothing that will bother you.

I've got 30" BFG muds on my 413K and all I've got is a set of home made revolver shakles that are about 2" over stock length when closed. Around here tires can't rub for the vehicle to pass safety but they are not 100% strict as long as they don't rub when driving normal. Full turning radios is required.

This is my LJ80 on 30's with no mods at all....no lift, plenty of rubbing when wheeling. The truck has the 30's on it too.
