1988 Samurai extremely high idle

Does anyone have any Ideas on what to check for a very high idle even after being warmed up I have checked a few things , vacum leaks, high idle cam, idle adjustment screw and the fast idle adjustment , choke and they all seem to be working properly does anyone have any suggestions would be greatly appreciated Thanks for your time

How about a frayed throttle cable? hanging up and holding the
throttle open a bit?

Have you looked into the throttle bores on the carb to see
how far they are cracked? or have you checked to make sure
the idle screw is touching the stop?
