The wires are there under the dash. i have an 88 samurai with the stock fog light button but no fog lights, the wires are under the dash on the far left and right side. It will be a red wire with blue dashes about 4 inches long with an insulated factory female bullet connector on the end. Hope this helps.

If you have any issues let me know I'll take a pic. Also if you are gonna run high amperage lights I would use a relay.

Hey i was wrong. i know i tested the wire i was talking about and it worked but when i hooked everything up it didnt.  but the stock relay is located on the fire wall, engine side, top far right. the relay has a wired coming from the battery, red wire, blue wire, and a the fourth is connected to nothing i believe this is the load side of the relay. i couldnt test it because mine corroded apart.
