Which bolts are coming loose?  Usually it's the four on the passenger side of the vehicle, make sure you use blue lock tight on the bolts.

Make sure that your long arm is braced, otherwise it can flex and help the bolts work loose.  Same issue can happen if you do not  have a goods et of mounts.  You'll probably tear your t-case mounts in two unless your using the 'bulletproof' mounts that are available from a couple of different Zuki aftermarket companies.  Basically they are just some poly bushings and a bolt.

The 'Snatch' from Zuk's Off Road is a good choice, as it has some extra mount braces on it that are pretty much guaranteed to hold your t-case in place.  It's also the easiest after market t-case brace to lift in and out of the vehicle.

It has 2extra mounting points, should work great.  Just remember to put locktight on the side screws and you should be fine even without a new cradle.

I would recommend picking one up though, it took me a while but I finally broke the mounts off my t-case dropping it on a rock.  If you wheel a lot you should check the mounting bolts every now and then anyway.  Or you can just beef up the long arm and get a full skid plate.

Don't forget to get a set of 'bulletproof' transfer case mounts.

OK i think that will keep you busy drooling for a couple minutes LOL

And I think you can use them with stock t-case arms, when I bought my mounts I also bought some beefed up t-case arms from RRO but I just checked their site though and it looks like they do not sell the ones I bought anymore that was 10 years ago though, the stuff that they sell now looks much stronger.

If you get the mounts but do not want to spring for the t-case cradle I would recommend beefing up the long t-case arm.  It is the one that tends to bend, so add a piece of angle iron to the long part to help beef it up and stop it from twisting.

As long as you keep oil in it and don't drop it on things the t-case should be able to hold up to abuse.

As for the Trail Tough alluminum bushings, they work great but they do make your entire chassis sing.  Especially if you have a bit of vibration in the drive-line.  Some people swear by them, I like to have a bit of flex in my bushings instead of hard metal.

When getting the bushing based bulletproof mounts make sure you use large flat washers on them.  I have the Rocky Road kit and the smaller washers will eventually tear through the bushings.  Some thick fender washers take care of that issue.
