Put a hack saw blade through the hole then attach it to the hack saw. Cut on two sides, beat with BFH and they will come out ;D

I tried the blow torch idea on my Bronco2's rear leaf when replacing the shackle mount and all it did was make the rubber hot and smoke... a whole can of propane didn't do it!
Had a cool sig pic till I changed the text... sigh...

I've always took a small drill bit to fit between the metal inner sleeve and the leaf spring wrap. This drills into the bushing itself. Drill several hole, all around, then drag the bit from one hole to another. You'll need a small stiff putty knife, a small flat screwdriver, little heat, lots of paper towels. You start to scrape the left over stuff as best as you can. Take some heat to the left over rubber, use the scraper to peel off as much as you can, and use the towels to clear the 'crap' off the scraper. This is a tedious effort.

A little gasoline, light it and jump back quickly! Let burn in a well ventilated area for a while. When it self extinguishs, try removal. If still not cooperative after 3 burnings, take to a local spring or suspension shop and have them press them out. Problem solved.

You need oxy-acetylene, burns 'em out in no time. Best way I've found yet.

if you want to burn em out spray some kind of highly flammable spray in there and light it and keep spraying. oxy torch works sweet but not everyone has acess to it.
You can take the Sammy off the trail, but you cant take the trail out of the Sammy.
