All I want to know is if I want to keep my trucklet gears stock can I use 30-9.5-15 tires without bogging or revving and slipping the clutch all the time.....I like the gearing with the stock tires will it be almost the same with 30"????

You should be fine.

3.75 seems to be about ideal for tracker backspacing, stock suzuki sami wheels work very well on a tracker, my gfs  got 31x10.5 " trxus mts and they only rub at full turn/stuff on the front with only a 2" coil spacer lift, no body lift.

I am running 235's (29") tires on my 97 16v.  I like the gearing much better than with stock tires.  I know Agent Orange has 30's on his and has no complaints.  I would think you would be just fine with 30's.   8)

Take a tire face it so that the side that mounts to the rig is up place a piece of wood or metal so that it only touches the rim
,make sure it is flat,  lay across the rim and measure to the bolt hole surface in the middle of the rim that will tell you your back spacing.

You'll notice a difference between stock and 31's but to us it was tolerable.
Anything larger and you'll definitely want gears.
