Did you tie into the fuse block with some higher demand loads?
I'm thinking you are drawing more power from it than the intended
design.
You may want to look at the loads and change over any high demand
electric loads to a relay instead, so the load is on the relay and the battery
instead of the fuse block, just use the fuse block for powering the relays
which require much less load than say your electric fuel pump.
Sidekicks came equipped with 2 relays under the dash, one is the fuel pump,
the other is the main power relay
