As promised here's a couple of shots of the fender flares installed. I did the rear of the truck only and still have the front to deal with. Note how the truck shines from a distance but the up close shot really shows the test dirt.  ;D

Looks killer.  I've wanted to get some flares of my own...but their a little to expensive if you ask me.  Nothing like making your own though.

If they are the JC Whitney ones, they look a hell of a lot better than I figured they would... might have to look into a set of those if I'm ever bothered by the police about the mere 4" of tire sticking out past my fenders :)

I just ordered some because of that exact reason. The bushwackers at rocky-road are backorded >:(

HotRod, did whoever put the flames on blend them in with the paint?  looks like a hard line where the flames are over the black paint.

Its a hard frinken line. I asked for a quick flame job like the olden days and thats just what I got. :-/
