 or anybody else i remember you saying that you were possibly going to design and build some stronger cv axles that would also allow for more drop over the stock ones.  just wondering if you had any progress and what do i need to do to see a set under my truck . any word on the i think they were called "TORA" axles? looking to eliminate the destruction of cv's everytime i go wheelin.

i think Art from Rock 4X Fabrication was the one makeing them, but i may be wrong.

but uses stock SideKick/Tracker Parts, so
it might not pop like your old ones, but
it could.

I emailed Kerry Wittig about his TORA axles recently and he suggested to check around September/October to see if they would be available.

so wild how is it coming along, i going to try to hold out on replacing my stock cv axles until something better comes out but if thats not going to be in the near future then i cant wait for nothing. so im just curoius as to if there is possibility of soemthing soon. keep up the work.

Well, if I was sitting on a bunch of parts,
I could build it in a few days, that with some
cash, I have not worked steady since Dec 27
so if you want a set of custom widened A-arms
and a trick setup, I could put it together for
about $650-700, but that's going to be a prototype
and you would be the G pig, let me know, I would
support any problems, and remedy them, but
shipping would be on you.

This would be wider by 2" and forward 2" from the
stock A-arms, give you about 2-3" more front lift
without binding the CVs and eliminate the coil spring
hitting the brake caliper, as well as giving you a better
turning radius because the tires would turn sharper
before hitting the frame/bumper, this would be the
trick setup, but again it's based on stock stuff, but
if you are blowing out the CVs ball cage, this setup
eliminates the cage too so CV reliability would go up.

man that doesnt sound bad at all, one question: what will you do about the strut length and the steering, more importantly if you are still using the stock strut then travel might be around the same? well just thought i would ask, you might be hearing from me in about a month maybe sooner, as i was going to buy the calmini kit but now i think ive changed my mind.

wild i have been saving cash to get a turbo from u but so far not enough $$$. looks like i need to save some more cash cause that sounds like the lift i have been looking for. how much welding and fab work will be required on the recieving end.

I've been working on longer travel struts too,
I'm not sure which way I want to go with it, longer
over all length, or real longer travel hydraulics,
I'm leaning towards the longer stroke strut, but I
don't quite know how to build those yet.

Steering is just longer tie rods, along with a new
non-rotating center link for increased stability
and tracking improvement.
