The Goodyear MTRs are pretty much good everywhere. I like them a lot. I didnt want to buy them but I heard a lot of buzz about them so I gave them a try. I was shocked at how well they worked.

I know Zuki one says he likes his geo landers but I absolutely hated mine

I've had the BFG AT's on my Ford f-150.  When those wore out I lifted the truck and put on 33" Goodyear MTRs.  With that said, I recently bought a Tin Top that needs off road tires.  I thought about the BFG AT's, however I'm buying the MTRs for it.  Those are the way to go, I really like them!  Good in mud.  I live in upstate NY--LOTS of snow, they do as well as any other tire can in the snow and ice.  The MTRs do hum a little on the Ford, but (I turn up the tunes) having them on a lighter rig will not be a noice problem.
88.5 Tin Top and never will be done with it.

I have BFG Mud Terrains and they are real comfy on the road.

They don't hum or vibrate at all.

I would get Mud terrains over the All terrains anyday.

What don't you guys like about the Geolanders?  I have been considering them for my Montero Sport.

Right NOW 4wheel Parts have Pro-Comps AT on sale (buy 4 for the price of 3) and I think the Pro-Comp ATs are better than the BFGs ATs and I like BFGs.
And thats my 2cents ;D

I had the Geolander A/Ts on my Discovery,  I liked them better then the BFGoodrich A/Ts that I have on my Suzuki now. Thinking about changing back to the Goodrich M/Ts that I have, even though they are smaller.

I've been running Remington Wide Brute XT on mine for a couple years now. They wear awesome and are very well mannered on and off road. They work well in snow, mud, heavy rain and anything else I've found in Canada's seasons :P

Good Year MTR's!!!!!!! I've had Interco's, Coopers, BFG's and now I'm running the MTR's. THese 33x12.50's run better on the road than the 29" Interco's, and the 33" BFG's. I rolled the Kick up to 85 on the interstate last night just to see if it was still smooth at that speed, and it was smooth as silk at 85 ;D

I have only been on the trail with them a couple of times so far, but they have performed ALLOT better than any other tire I have had off road. They cost a little more that some of the other tires out there, but in this case you do get your money's worth ;)

My geolanders were only 2 years old with very low miles (not exactly sure how many but definately under 30K) and they had a ton of dry rot and were almost bald. They also cupped badly. I almost have as many miles on my MTRs and they show none of those qualitys. I will admit that they are louder than my Swanper SSRs were but not by much.
