Yes... CB and Ham.
For the Ham antenna, it's easy, just get a hood lip mount for your antenna.
For the CB antenna, I used the Firestik universal hood mount. It was great, fully adjustable for the slope angle on the hood. Can't run anything gigantic up there though with the flimsy metal. IE: no 102's on the hood.

I'm planning to weld a mount for a 102 on the spare tire carrier, and will probably run an antenna switcher of some kind so when I'm out on the street I can still use the little mud duck fiberglass antenna, and still get in the garage.

Inside, I'm running the ham radio similar to how an above post is doing it. I have an aftermarket stereo, so I got the universal cover plate. My radio has a removable faceplate so it's screwed to the cover. The radio itself along with an external speaker are under the passenger seat.

My CB is mounted to the back of the center console... and that box behind it helps it push 4 watts. Yep.
