Got it to pass the sniff check today. only took a new cat even though every thing else needed to be changed to. Is there any other radiator i could put in for more cooling mine needs to be changed out (leaking) and if i could put in a bigger one i will.

How are the 2" spacers working with the 4 door coils in the front and rear ?

Hey sorry been out on a ship for the past few weeks. I have not put the spring on the fronts yet as the CV's would flex too much. On the back it was realy nice i had alot of travel and didnt ht the bump stops.

 if your having trouble with the cv's use diff drop brackets, the spacers and four door springs should be just fine.. the only place to get the brackets that I've found is alteregomotorsports.com, being that calmini doesn't sell separate parts... the other thing i really can suggest is new struts up front.. i replaced mine when I did my lift and now it sits an inch high up front. my .02

Stock radiator's should be sufficient, unless you have modified the power department.  I was running the 93 radiator with a 2.7L V6, and only had slight cooling issues when just idling.  I went to newer Tracker/Vitara radiator, took major modifications to get it in place and it is still too tall for normal hood functions.  I DO NOT recommend using one.  Others have used T-Bird radiators, again with some modifications.
A good clean stock radiator is probably your best choice.

I ordered some from them about a week ago, i hope to have them soon.

got my brackets a few weeks ago have not put them in yet hope to today. Also got the new timing belt in, looking at adding a tranny cooler also.

I have been at sea for the past  few months due to get back to Lemoore  in about ten days or so. I had some trail tuff bumpers and rock spiders sent to the house and will bolt them on as soon as I get home.

Installed my TT bumpers and 5.12 gears.
