Ok, I notice today that my driveshaft and transfer case are about 3 inches from being centered with each other. Dont know how I didnt notice it from the beginning. After really looking at it who ever put the motor in didnt center it. Do I have anything to worry about or do I have problems coming. Its not the factory motor by the way, its a chevy 2.8.

ahh dont sweat it. before long you will be pulling that 2.8 anyways.

is this a suzuki? what model? does it have the gm t-case or sammy case.....more info please

As a rule,
Drive shafts can not run without some line of inclination. 5 % is usually the minimum off set.
 If they are too close to running true, you will get a bad vibration going on.

Yes it's a 87 samurai with the sammy t-case and yes I want pull that 2.8 out.
