If you have a 5 speed manual you might want to look at extending your Tranny shifter too.
The Calmini instructions say you can just bend it, but I extended both of my shifters from the bottom, and they look a lot cleane, plus they fit like stock.
Its easy to do. Zip cut the shafts just above the base that plugs into the trans/T-case then weld in the 3" rod
Make sure you are careful removing the secondary boot on the tranny shifter, it rips pretty easy.
Also make sure when you weld the shifter back together that it lines up straight. The base will only fit into the tranny one way, so if you weld the handle on the wrong way your shifter will be twisted
