I have no information other than what is in this post. I believe the guy is in Alberta:

http://www.4wheeler.ca/index.php?showtopic=5939&hl=

89 Suzuki Sidekick
-406 small block chev
-400 trans
-205 Twin stick t-case/1450 rear bolt on yolk
-3-link front and rear
-Dana 60- 35 spline front
-Dana 70- locked rear
-4.56:1
-full hydraulic steering
......It's a Sidekick through and through :D

See the lifted chev 1/2ton in the background for comparision...

I'd drive it, too. I'd wheel the piss out of it, too. But I still dislike it on principle. ;D

It sure would be fun.  I don't know about you guys, but I miss power ( don't tell my heeper friends).  The only bad part is that it wouldn't fit down any of the trails around here.

WOW!!! :o :o :o Now that is something I would build ;D Maybe a little smaller tires and maintain some sort of Suzuki drivetrain (2.0?) but I like the concept a LOT!! ;)

When I told the guy I posted it here he said "I don't think it's quite Suzuki enough for those guys, though....lol"

I only posted it for interest sake...its a very challenging project and will likely be a hell of a fun machine when its done  ;D Definitely the cure for the power hungry members ;D

:oThat rig is the $hit!!  The creativity and work is impressive even if it is only using the body of the 'kick.  The rig would be a riot to wheel.  Thanks for posting the pics. 8)
