4 wheel drive club?
« on: May 22, 2004, 08:29:34 AM »
I want to start a local 4x4 club and want to know if anybody has information or tips on starting one.  I just want to make a bunch of friends to go 4 wheelin' with in the Baytown/Houston, TX area.   Any help would be appreciated.

:)THANKS ! :) [/glow]

Check out http://www.ufwda.org or http://www.blueribbon.org. There should be some decent info about getting one started. Then also do a search for something close to home on these sites. DFW has some clubs, maybe even associations. So figure Houston should have something. Then give a call to your local 4x4 driveline shop and ask. They usually have members involved. Not only does this get them out on the trails, but also brings in business.....

Do a search for Texas Off Road, or Texas 4x4. Some friends of mine in Galveston Ride with them all the time.
