I got a 1.6 8v stuff on a trade make me a good offer and i will ship it to you there is a ecm works i tested it in my buddy's 91 tracker the wire harness look complete all but the person that removed it  cut the grounds off instead of unscrewing the ground rings not a big deal to put it in a sami you have to cut them any way
the main power wire looks like it got hot at one plug where you have to cut it any way
the throttle body looks in good shape has the air hat for the air intake

That sounds in the ballpark. You think most everything is there minus some sensors,ie, o2 sensor etc. Intake is complete?

i opened the ecm bad news a cap leaked the ecm worked the other day but i cant say how long it will work let no know if you want to still get the stuff at a lower price i just want to be fair i dont want to burn you  thats not how i roll

What exactly happened to the ecm? Did fluid get into it? Still interested, but give me some more info please.

the ecm capacitor leaked when it they leaks its an acid and it eats the trace lines on the circuit board it fixable
