I got a jx cluster from a buddy of mine but it isn't working at all, only the gas hand. I'm not sure if I am needing to so something else or if the cluster is just bad. All the plug up hooked right up so I really not sure. Any help would be great. Thanks

Should be plug and play.
I am guessing the cluster is from an 86-88 samurai (yellow gauges)?  And you are putting it into an 86-88 samurai?

Whether or not the plugs plug right in is irrelevant.  All samurais from 86-95 have the same plugs.  But the wires are not laid out the same in all of them.

My sami is a 86 I have no clue what year gauges they are the are black background white needles yellow numbers I don't know it that helps.

Yeah, that is the 86-88 style of gauges.  So it should be plug and play into yours.  I'd say the cluster is bad.

It should work with yours check the wires to make sure everything is plugged in good. Its prolly a bad cluster
