The "Golf Cart" is my first zuk ... Red '91 2dr auto tracker
It's gone through the gamut of changes, and gotten beat on REALLY well

It currently has:
* Hard top (w/ sunroof) instead of the canvas soft top.
* 2" BL
* RRO 1" spacers (about 1/4" spacers now)
* I *think* 4dr springs (I swapped so many different spring configs I lost track)
* 5.125 gears
* mini-spool in the rear
* some worn 31x10.50's (wear from above, one is the spare since some douche stole *one* tire a few months ago)
* rockers are "boat sided" via rocks (drone637 was helpful in some of the initial runs that accomplished this)
* just about every body panel has been dented and pulled back (after a while, you know why dent pullers were invented)
* cat-backless (the rusted to crap bits ripped away past the cat one trip)
* water tight to hood level (tested and verified on many occasions)
* cat and radiator probably clogged full of mud (due to the above)
* a battery that barely holds charge for a weekend (factory original I think)
Now that I've moved from WA to CA, I have to decide what to do with this workhorse.
Biggest issue is now, I'd have to get it smogged, and "inspected".
In WA, it didn't matter, but just to get it registered in CA, I have a long list of work to go through ... (exhaust, lights, etc).
I also had decided a few years ago to retire it to parts status and began on a 4dr build.
The 4dr got hit by a tree during a windstorm before my move, but I have stuff from that rig on a shelf:
* 4.24 tcase (only 2-3 runs)
* skid plate
* 5.125 front diff with a lockrite
* OME springs and struts
I'm hoping to start a new build (probably a 99-03 2dr), and so some of the parts I have could be put to use (or sold to fund new bits).
But, what do I do with the golf cart itself? ...
Seems a shame to "part-it" ... add a new battery and clean/replace the cat/rad, and it'll run just about anything (tires are still probably 40%).
Not worth my time to get up to CA standards. Smog cert probably isn't an issue except needing a "cat-back" and passing an "inspection".
Thoughts?
