Are the seal in the transfer case replaceable without disassembling the case? 1988 Samurai

Samurai yes, Sidekick/Tracker you have to take the transfer case off the transmission.

You'll need a slide hammer. The more contact on the back of the seal the easier it comes out.

I believe it's leaking a little from the output to the rear differential. I was going to replace all the seals since I have it out.

You don't need a slide hammer to remove the seals.
On the last rear seal I replaced, I parked the samurai on a hill with the front end down (that gets the tcase fluid away from the rear seal).  Then I removed the driveshaft and rear tcase flange (if you have a trackick, you just have to remove the rear driveshaft).  Then I took a sharp drywall screw and screwed it thorough the outside of the seal (don't screw it in too deep, just enough to get the threaded securely into the seal) and then used some pliers and pulled the seal from the tcase.  You may have to use 2 screws, opposite of each other, so you can pull evenly on the seal to pop it out.  Then make sure the seal bore in the tcase isn't damaged and lube up the outside of the new seal and carefully tap it onto place.  Then put the flange and/or driveshaft back on and you're done.
I have also used the screw procedure for pulling and replacing front crank seals too.  Works great.

Some people use a flat screwdriver to pop the seal out, instead of using a screw.  Use whatever method you prefer...both will work.
Tracker and Sidekick parts for sale.....PM me with your wants/needs.

Do Not Forget to Lube The Lips of the seal as well with grease.
