« on: November 16, 2011, 04:49:07 PM »
This is my first post but not my first time on this forum.

I'm looking to sell my 87 Suzuki Samuri, when I bought it it was a solid driver with a 4.3 liter and no other mods.  Since then a lot of Rocky Road mods have been added.  Here is a list of mods. Please understand this is project that needs to be completed.  The engine is not completely installed. It is a very solid body.

JP-Eater system with jeep YJ springs
Deluxe SPOA Spring Pads
Rear Disc Brake Kit with new calipers and discs
New front caliper and disc
All new brake lines
new Master cylinder
OTT High Steer system
Toyota power steering box
35X14.50-15LT TSL BOGGER  on pro comp custom steel wheels
fuel injected 4.3 liter v6 has about 12,000 miles
Complete stand alone custom wire harness and computer
rebuilt turbo 200 trannie
detroit locker with 5:13 in front
Spool with 5:13 in rear

Not sure on a price so make an offer. Please email me at Stevepala1 at aol.com

If you go online you can get a quote from dependable auto shippers, DAS.  I use them all the time to move vehicles.  After you get the quote call them and they usually give a better deal.

My zip code is 06088

Cost at current $1500 + shipping would make it over $2200.00. That would make it pretty high for me since I was use it as a parts donor.

I wish you were closer I would take it.

If you decide to part it out please let me know. There would be a few items of interest to me.

Hopefully you will make a sale! It would be a shame to take it down after bringing it along this far!

That shipping quote is real high.  In the past 6 months I have move two full size trucks from California to Connecticut, one was in a closed trailer for $1050.  From your area should be less than $500.

I could call them but the estimate quoted it out at $780.00. Which seemed about rite for freight & fuel tp me.

Lets see what needs to be done in order to make it run?  Maybe if I know what the Sammy needs in order to be completed I can figure that plus shipping cost and see where I end up.

Keeping in mind I am not buying this except to rob a few parts from and then make it road worthy for resale.

                                                                                                   thanks, Tux...
