This is exactly how I bought it, minus about 100 pounds of dirt from 30 years of use, lol!   Contemplating some upgrades, certainly a bigger alternator or second battery to run a winch and some led lights.   Tunes are coming soon, really want to add bedliner to the inside flooring.   Has a little rust hidden away, but very minor.  Overall a solid little unit.  Already has upgraded transfer case, so I have that going for me.

93 Tracker,XL7 springs & 1" raised spring pads in front with YJ springs in back, home built bumpers rear & front (w/winch), 2" x 4" rock tubes,  ARB front & rear, converted Sami rear to IFS, 33x12.5x15  aluminum rims, roll cage, 2.7L w/5 speed auto.

Starting the upgrades.   Got the winch and a few of the LED lights mounted.  Have lights for the hood to face sideways and some on the bumper facing backwards.  Realized I have no reverse lights on our maiden voyage.

This setup works great.   Have almost 360' visibility and power draw is manageable with stock alternator.  Haven't tested winch under load, but 12k power draw is lower than the 9k.

Added new tires, 31x12.50 boggers. 
Makes a huge difference from the 30x10.50 that were on it.

What kind of gearing does your Sammy have?  Upgraded diff gears?  Transfer case gear upgrades?  Both?
