I assume you are asking if they bolt into a Samurai.  They will bolt in but you will have to drill new holes in the seat bracket.  I also had to do some grinding to get them in perfect.

There are no direct bolt in seats except Samurai seats. These look very nice as well as the Samurai they are in!!!

Are those Kayline doors or modified CJ7 doors?
35 years of Samurai ownership, and I still have my very first one. :)

Ok... I pick up the seats from the guy for... Even cheaper then what he was asking for $3 for both front seat Alright! My other question do I use the samurai track or can I use the neon track? The only bad is it doesn't fold forward. But its all good....

I used the samurai seat brackets and drilled them out.  The width of the mounting locations are within half an inch if I remember correctly but I did this mod around 7 years ago.  Its not a direct bolt in but pretty close if I remember correctly.  I didn't weld or fabricate a thing to make them work.  Goodluck.

I did the same seat swap you have (From a 4 door, they won't tip forward)
I was able to use the stock Neon sliders on the passengers side. It will give you more leg room.I made brackets out of 2x2 by 1/8" angle iron for the front, and a piece of 1" square tube for the back. Line the 2x2 up with the factory seat support for the drivers side. Bolt to floor, then drill holes for Neon front slider brackets into vertical of 2x2. The back, just line up rear sliders on
1" sq. tube and drill bolt holes. (I climbed in thru back to drill these) Now wait before putting back bolts in as you will need 3-4 fender washers so both seats are matching each others back angle (Height).

For the drivers side, Drone637 posted a Very Good DIY on the bracket mod, maybe he can do it again for you as I could not
find it looking thru past posts. There is a little variant for the 4 door brackets, "CUT TOO SIZE....TRIM TO FIT !!"
I had to grind off a side brkt, and the rear spot welds, I rewelded mine but the drill & bolt will work. It is best if you take the seat apart so grinding & welding won't mess up your cloth covering. I thought I took some pix at the time but can't seem to find them either. They are probably still on a SD card, (those things are the size of a postage stamp...so easy to loose!!)
& I didn't keep them in my laptops Pix files.
