Only 3 months, I waited 4 months and, in the end, couldn't be happier that I waited.

If you do make one, check out how the Shrockworks bumpers attach, in the pics online. They add a few more points of attachment than some of the others do.

I don't buy what I can build. I work in a engineering  / machine shop. These look very nice and clean (cuts & weld lines). Lights included as well as the labor... he is not looking to get rich

Send him a message for more info. Ask him what guage steel he used (I'm not looking at the ad rite now if he did say). Ask to see the bumper to frame hook up.

Ask what you need to do to hook these up? Any modifications? (My Sammi underwent mods to both the front and the rear to accept the bumpers I built.

Ask for a shipping quote.....

Just tryin ta help a Brutha out here.....  ;)                     Tux...  8)

I agree... check into it if the wait time isn't workable for ya.
If you can get it made for cheaper then go for it... just be sure you are not getting a "cheaper" quality bumper.
You may even be able to get someone to incorporate the Shrockworks added mounts instead of the typical 4 bolts that many mount a front bumper with. Get it made custom for quicker and cheaper...

Something to also keep in mind on the front bumper mounts, is if you ever intend to run a missing link setup.
The Trail Tough YJ missing link brackets bolt onto the same spot as the bumper.

Here is a link to install instructions on the Shrockworks front bumper. You can see the anti-rotation bracket, the bar for adding the u-bolts, and how the missing link brackets install with the bumper.

maybe if i was building an off road only rig . but i like my samurais suspension where it stands !

I've said this about alot of the parts, to include the suspension.

Nothing worse than settling for a bumper (or other parts) only to have to get rid of it because it really wasn't what you wanted (been there).

After changing out many different parts I was once happy with, I can honestly say I am getting close to being happy with it only because I am nearing my limit of things to do/change on it.  :)
