I spend a lot of time with the BLM and their meetings here in CO. There have been a lot of road closures due to people not going to meetings when they do their studies. Get involved. Anybody can go to the meetings. the important part is go while they are doing their studies, not after they come out with the results. Its too late then. Be pro-active. Don't wait for someone to save your wheeling  grounds for you.
