Why does it feel like that?  Every time I push in the clutch it stops like im putting on the brakes.

Are you turning when you are pushing in the clutch, ie turning into a parking spot?  If so, it is because the front and rear axles are binding up.

Are the front & rear tires the same size and general wear condition?

Have you checked tire pressure.  Even a small difference in tire pressure can cause enough of a size difference to bind up an axle in 4WD.

Are you 100% sure you have the same gears in both axles?
Have you put the vehicle up on jackstands (or at least had all 4 tires off the ground), with it in 4wd and spun each tire to see if there is any excessive drag on any tire?
