Where have you been?
I left the Taylor Park Reservoir area then went to Silverton Colorado area. I spent two weeks doing trails there. I did the Black Bear trail, Imogene trail, Engineer trail and nearly every trail in the area. I found a few trails I have never done before even though I go there nearly every year. Then I picked up Vonnie at the Durango airport Sept. 3. We then headed up to Colorado National Monument, Dinosaur National Monument, Flaming Gorge National Monument, Grand Teton National Park, Yellowstone National Park, Devils Tower National Monument and then to the Black Hills of South Dakota and currently in Custer State Park. We might stay until Monday when they do their buffalo roundup. We then will be heading back to Pennsylvania after I have been on the road for two months. It is sure fun being retired.

First Picture: Black Bear Road
Second Picture: Poughkeepsie Gulch after I went up a wall and started sliding sideway even with both lockers on. Of course pictures don't show how steep it was. To be safe I winched up about 2 feet and was back on good traction.
Silverton/Ouray would be my vote for a Suzuki gathering for next year. This link would give you a good idea of the trails in the area.
