does anyone know of a heater motor that is much more cfm , that will go into the stock or even slightly modified heater box ? thinking about something ?some vehicle with large interior space like a van would have a bigger cfm heater motor .  has  anyone  tried anything like this ?

Clean the heater core out, on my Sidekick and my cousins Sammi with a clean core there is far more heat than needed, enough to sweat ya out, even when the temp is down in the low teens.

A beanie is needed in the winter to prevent an ice cream headache no matter what with a soft top,,,LOL

talon , the heater core is brand new and the inside of the heater box i cleaned to eating cleanliness myself there just isnt' enough heat/ air com, ing  out of the motor . this isnt' just this one case  , i have three trackicks and all three dont; put out beans for cfm ! I took a bet with my dad that a leaf blower would make it heat better and he was right ! so it has to be the blower motor isn't up to snuff or i need a bigger motor to replace the stocker

The resistor pack may be bad and not allowing full speed. Try wiring the blower motor directly from a seperate 12vdc fused source to check it out. There is also 2 heater ducts that blows under the seats, these can be altered to blow the heat towards the feet instead of under the seat.

I have a lot of air flow when on high with my Sidekick and it is comfy with OAT down around zero and 55mph

Flex-a-lite makes a "replacement" heater, 140cfm and 12000btu's. Might be an option to use as a replacement or in addition to the stock system if it doesnt provide enough airflow for your desires.
