Changed out the alternator as I am still having problems with the 2000 Tracker just quitting after running a couple of hours.  When I put it back together it cranked up fine, turned it off, pulled the key and the top relay under the dash next to the fuse block started buzzing.  The owners manual and Haynes don't bother to tell what it is.  Any suggestions?
