hi guys, my 1999 suzuki kei is experiencing rough idling and vibrations felt in engine  when rpm is around 700-800 with park lights off but when its on the rpm increases to 1000 an the idling becomes smooth n almost no vibrations felt. what seems to be the problem guys? im planning to have the spark plugs and air filter change.. by the way the car's mileage is 103,000..thanks!

I have been having the same general problem on my 94 4dr sidekick 1.6 m16v for 5 yrs now.  comes and goes.  Total tune up.  Just changed spark plugs, wires and cap and rotor agian.  Ran good for awhile. Now rough or smooth, higher and no idle comes and goes.  Had ECM checked out by a rebuilder, he said it was good.  Am doing the EGR thing now.  Hope that fixes it.  Its a little frustrating, but I like a challenge.  Don't like a problem that I can't fix.
