I also have a recently painted (black) rear crash bar.

Does the front bumper include the metal part, or is it only the cover?  And will it fit a 1996 Tracker?

I do believe it's got the metal part and the foam. Let me double check when I get back from work and I'll get back to you.

FYI, yes the front bumper has the metal part that goes to the frame as well as the foam.
