clutch release shaft

Hello, I have recently bought an 88 suzuki samurai. I have bought a new clutch for it. Upon taking the tranny out I have found that the clutch release shaft is damaged and I need a new one. Does anyone know where I can get one? I can't seem to find one anywhere. Thanks
