Does anybody have a pic of what a leaking cap in the Trackick ecu looks like?

No pic, but sometimes the top of the cap will be "puffed up" (it should be flat).  Also, if you look on the surface of the board around the cap, sometimes the coating will be dull (should be shiny), or it looks "crackly" and dried out (it should be smooth and have a "wet" look to it).  Sometimes the leaking cap will also turn some of the solder joints around the cap a black color (they should all be silver).

The larger cap near the corner of the board usually causes the most damage. Sometimes they look Ok but if you take the cap out you will see the damage. Jim

That is by far the most typical I see. The big problem here is the pads where the cap solders in is probably broken away from the trace and needs to be wired back together.  Jim

Thank you gentlemen, ( and I use that term loosely  ) No but really, I  appreciate the pics and tips. My spare seems to be in fine shape, just wanted to be sure. It seems the 95+ model years don't have that leaking issue as often as the earlier years. Mow to pack it back in the spares box.

I don't see near the issues with the 94 and up ECMs.  But if you want, it still won't hurt anything to go ahead and replace them....just to ensure you won't have any issues with it in the future.
I will say that there have been several times that the board and caps look fine, but the ECM won't work.  But once the caps are replaced (and maybe a trace or two is fixed), then it will work fine.

I plugged it in to test run it in the tracker and it works fine, took a couple of tries to start the thing but once running fine. In this case if it works, don't fix it.

Iv'e had the ECM in my 93 rebuilt 2 times by a guy on ebay. I have an electrical prob that keeps blowing #3 injector cap in the ECM. It cost me 75.00 and has a lifetime guarantee.

Just keep in mind, it is possible for the ECM to go bad by just sitting on the shelf.  So be sure and test/check it right before you need it.
