Samurai's have front disc brakes, so if your SJ410 has drums all around, the answer is no. Later SJ410's ('84 on, I believe) had front disc brakes, and I believe these are the same as Samurai fronts. The rear drums may be the same as well.
Unless you are trying to keep your SJ all original, it is pretty easy to swap Samurai brakes on. You'll get much better braking, larger/stronger birfields, and hubs you can unlock (saving drivetrain wear.)
If you want to keep it original, you can have your shoes relined. For LJ's, it is cheaper to reline your old shoes than to buy new ones.
