I've spoke with Steve about the 5 bolt flange vs. the 4 bolt and unless a miracle occurs, it's 4 bolt. Never fear though, to run disc brakes all you have to do is make a 4 bolt to 5 on 5.5 adapter disc just like what is done on the Samurai.
I don't see the need, Eric.  I mean, I hardly use my brakes, so why do I need disks in the rear?  Not to mention losing the e-brake.  In fact, I use the e-brake more than I use the brake pedal, when I'm wheeling.
