To  nc_zuk:
What did you end up doing with the driveshafts? Did you run into any problems with the front shocks being too long? Are you running a skid plate for the t-case? Did you powder coat all of the control arms orange to match the rig? Any problems at full flex with the tires rubbing the body?
It sure looks like you have done it all! I hope mine looks (and works) as good as yours.
Thanks again for the advise.
I have the RRO KAD drive shafts and have never had a problem.
The front shocks work perfectly and I have had no problems with them. Same with the rear. I did recently break a rear upper shock mount bolt but I put in a new mount today.
I used cans of spray paint to paint all my control arms. That way I can touch them up every couple of months. With powder coat you can't do that.
I don't have a t-case skid but am currently building my own t-case bucket. I hope to have it done soon.

As for rub, I do have minor rubbing on the front fenders. I was in a serious bind one day and the bogger grabbed the plastic fender flare and flung it across the trail. No biggie, I put it back on today. I am going to figure a way to prevent that from happening again though :-/
Anything else?
