A week at Moab.
Breakfast every morning:
Hash Browns, Bacon, Eggs, Cheese - pre-cooked and packaged in seal-a-meal bags - heated in boiling water - about 2 pounds per day for myself and the Ashes puppy.
Lunch every day:
Big sandwich with about 1/2 to 3/4 inch of ham and hard salami, and chips (also shared with Ashes).
Dinner:
Seal-a-meal bag with:
Monster Calzone (with green Chili's, mmm!) or
Salmon and Brussels Sprouts (with powdered Chipotle peppers and lemon-pepper seasoning).
Beef Burritos, smothered in green chili...
Result:
I gained FIVE POUNDS!!!
