SQ416? GV1600 Suspension and Tires
« on: July 19, 2012, 12:17:36 PM »
Hello

I bought me a 3 door GV 1600 and I would like to have big wheels on it.

I bet on 2" Body Lift.

With the suspension, I have heard that Mercedes C180 springs fit the front and Audi 80 springs in the rear end ... This should give 2"... Is that correct?

And is it enough raise to go with 31 "wheels in the terrain?

Not sure about the springs but you will need longer struts or a strut spacer in the front as well as longer shocks in the rear. Let us know how the springs work out if you try them!
