FYI, Doug Thorley also makes headers that fit 16-valve engines in Samurais as well as the Sidekick.  From the Doug Thorley website, the 16-valve model that fits the Samurai appears to be THY-716Y-C.

What model of header is this?

It sounds like it is the universal Samurai/Sidekick 16 valve version.  Please post a picture with the complete header showing.  Also, please quote what the cost would be shipped to 74036.
