Ok so after I wated for what seemed like forever I got my myside1 kit in and put everything on the samurai. I have a few problems. She will idle sometimes, then die others. Sense I have put the myside kit on I have picked up this annoying whistle. It is only there during vaccum and goes away when vacum goes away.

When I got the carb it already had the 1/8 hole drilled out, it had a 200 main jet and a 40 slow jet. It had 3 washers on the needle, and the cap over the mixture screw was missing.

My sami is my daily driver so I need to get it going fast! I don't want to have to put the webber back on. 

Does anyone have any ideas?

Give them a call at Zor, they are great with customer service and figuring out what is going wrong.

Did you put a fuel regulator on?

Ok I'll give them a call. Yes I put a fuel regulator on and the Jeep fuel filter. I put a 48 slow jet in and now she will idle around 1k rpms. I have number 2 cyl still missing, so I think I'm better fixing that before I start messing with the carb anymore.
