Cut high on the side of the perches, then just keep grinding until you get them ground down flush with the axle tube.
Yeah, it is gonna be a lot of work and you'll have to buy new perches, but IMO that is going to be your best option.

Your front axle degree is absolutely off as indicated. I would suggest taking a die grinder and removing those perches CAREFULLY.

I have a set of 2" wide perches that might set over the older perch locations and allow you to weld in a newer location. These would be better for you and allow more area for your spring to rest on.

I also have an OEM set of shackles if you need them.

Is that a Michael Knight SPOA lift? It looks like the shackles he makes and sells in his SPOA Lifts. I know those kits are lacking detailed instructions which make it tuff on a new guy.

I will get you the OEM drive-shaft angles this weekend and then you can buy a cheap degree finder from Lowes and set them easily and correctly.

Hang in there your gonna be fine.... By the way that is a nice looking lil Sammy!

2.75" hole to hole, I think.  Yeah, they are pretty short.  Shackles with a 4" or 5" hole to hole measurement are acceptable, IMO.

I think Sky is rite... I can't find the stock shackles in any of the Zuk suspension parts tubs. I did find a set of 4.25 (hole to hole) set though...

Your front drive-shaft angle should be set at 8 degree with the rear being set at 10 degree..   ;)
